Post-Construction Cleaning Services

Construction and remodeling can leave fine dust, residue, and cleaning needs throughout a home — sometimes far beyond the immediate work area. MKleaning provides detailed post-construction cleaning with a customized scope based on the condition of the property and the work that was completed.

Why Post-Construction Cleaning Requires an Assessment

Every construction or remodeling project leaves a different cleaning situation behind. The amount of dust, residue, exposed surfaces, protective materials, and unfinished cleanup can vary significantly from one property to another. For that reason, post-construction cleaning is evaluated based on the actual condition of the home before the scope and price are confirmed.

Post-Construction Cleaning Is Customized

Post-construction cleaning is not a fixed-checklist service. The final scope may vary depending on the type of construction or renovation, how well the property was protected during the work, the amount of dust and residue present, and the areas that require detailed cleaning.

Post-Construction Cleaning vs. Deep Cleaning

Deep Cleaning addresses accumulated household dust, dirt, and buildup in an occupied home. Post-Construction Cleaning addresses dust, residue, protective materials, and other cleaning needs created specifically by construction or renovation work. Because construction conditions can vary significantly, the service requires an individual assessment.

What’s Not Automatically Included?

Heavy construction debris removal Construction material disposal Exterior window cleaning Carpet shampooing Cleaning of numerous personal items or small appliances Specialized removal of paint, cement, adhesive, or other difficult construction residue Work requiring specialized restoration or repair

How Post-Construction Cleaning Works

Before confirming the service, we review the areas affected by the construction or renovation and evaluate the condition of the property. Based on that assessment, we define the cleaning scope and provide an estimate for the work required.

Photos or an on-site assessment may be required before pricing can be confirmed.
