MKLEANING.

Recurring Cleaning is routine maintenance designed to keep your home consistently clean. It includes regular dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, floors and general upkeep. Detailed scrubbing of doors, baseboards and blinds belongs to a more detailed cleaning scope.

First Cleaning is an intermediate cleaning for a home that needs more attention than routine maintenance but does not require a full Deep Cleaning. It includes additional attention to dust, kitchens, bathrooms, blinds and interior windows.

Deep Cleaning is a more detailed cleaning for built-up dirt and grime. It includes more intensive work on areas such as doors, baseboards, blinds and other accessible surfaces. Interior oven, refrigerator and cabinets are additional services.

Move-In Cleaning is designed for an empty home before the new resident moves in. It includes detailed cleaning throughout the home, including inside cabinets and drawers, refrigerator, oven, closets, doors, baseboards and floors.

Move-Out Cleaning is performed after the home has been emptied. It includes detailed cleaning throughout the home, including inside cabinets and drawers, refrigerator, oven, closets, doors, baseboards and floors.

Yes. MKleaning provides Carpet Cleaning for accessible carpet areas. Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed because the result depends on the stain, carpet material and how long the stain has been present.

Interior oven cleaning is included in Move-In and Move-Out. For Deep Cleaning it is an additional service. When the inside of the oven is cleaned, the racks and removable interior pieces are cleaned as well.

Interior refrigerator cleaning is included in Move-In and Move-Out. For Recurring, First and Deep Cleaning, it is an additional service.

Interior cabinets and drawers are included in Move-In and Move-Out. For Recurring, First and Deep Cleaning, interior cabinet cleaning is an additional service.

Interior window glass is included in First Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In and Move-Out. Exterior window cleaning is separate and depends on safe access.

Recurring and First Cleaning include light dusting of blinds. Deep Cleaning includes more detailed cleaning. Extremely fragile blinds may not be scrubbed if doing so could damage them.

Yes. If clean replacement linens are left on top of the bed, MKleaning will change them at no additional charge. If clean linens are not left on the bed, we make the bed using the existing bedding.

For a new client's first-ever cleaning, MKleaning requires the client to be available for an in-person final inspection before we leave. The client can check the work carefully and request any corrections while we are still at the home.

MKleaning does not normally use photos as a substitute for an in-person inspection. If a client specifically requests photos, they may be sent as a courtesy, but they do not replace the final walkthrough.

Yes. MKleaning brings the cleaning products and equipment required for the service. If you prefer a particular product, we can discuss using a suitable product you provide.

MKleaning accepts Zelle, cash and Venmo. Payment can also be divided between these accepted methods.

Yes. A scheduled cleaning can be cancelled up to two hours before the scheduled service time.

Yes. Pets can remain in the home. However, if a pet remains loose while we work, pet hair may return to surfaces or floors that have already been cleaned.
