FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Regular Cleaning is a maintenance cleaning designed to keep your home clean on a routine basis. It includes removing cobwebs with a Swiffer, dusting ceiling fans and blinds, cleaning window sills/frames, dusting furniture (without moving or removing items), and completing standard kitchen and bathroom cleaning. Regular Cleaning does not include heavy scrubbing of baseboards, doors, or blinds, and it does not include inside oven, inside fridge, or inside cabinets.

First Cleaning is an initial, intermediate cleaning recommended when a home is not ready for a regular maintenance cleaning but does not require a full deep cleaning. It is more detailed than Regular Cleaning and focuses on bringing the home to a proper baseline condition. It includes extra attention to dust, kitchens, bathrooms, and interior windows, but it does not include heavy scrubbing of baseboards, doors, blinds, or detailed item-by-item organization. Inside oven, fridge, and cabinets are not included unless requested as an extra.

Deep Cleaning is a detailed and thorough cleaning designed to remove built-up dirt and grime that regular cleaning does not cover. It includes scrubbing baseboards, doors, and interior windows, detailed dusting of all accessible surfaces, cleaning blinds, ceiling fans, closets, switches, and washing floors with water and cleaning products. Deep Cleaning focuses on detailed work and takes more time, but it does not include inside oven, inside fridge, or inside cabinets unless requested as an additional service.

Move-In Cleaning is a full, detailed cleaning performed when a home is completely empty and ready for a new resident to move in. This service includes cleaning everything inside and outside, including inside cabinets, drawers, closets, fridge, oven, baseboards, doors, windows, blinds, ceiling fans, and all floors. The goal is to leave the home 100% clean, sanitized, and ready for immediate occupancy.

Move-Out Cleaning is a complete and detailed cleaning performed when a resident is leaving the home. The property must be empty, and the service includes cleaning everything inside and outside, such as inside cabinets, drawers, closets, fridge, oven, baseboards, doors, windows, blinds, ceiling fans, and all floors. The goal is to prepare the home for inspection, for the next resident, or for the property owner in a clean, move-in-ready condition.

Post-Construction Cleaning is a specialized deep cleaning performed after construction, renovation, or remodeling work. It focuses on removing construction dust, drywall residue, paint splatters, and debris that regular cleaning cannot handle. This service includes a full deep cleaning of the home, but additional tasks—such as removing paint from windows, cleaning exterior windows, or handling heavy residue—are discussed and agreed upon with the client in advance. Post-construction cleaning is more detailed, time-consuming, and priced higher due to the nature of construction dust and materials.

Pre-Market Cleaning is a detailed cleaning service designed to prepare a home for sale or for the real estate market. It focuses on presentation, cleanliness, and visual appeal to ensure the property looks its best for listing photos, showings, and open houses. This service helps create a clean, well-maintained impression that attracts buyers and supports a faster and more successful sale.

What’s included in the cleaning depends on the type of service selected. Regular Cleaning, First Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning include standard interior cleaning tasks such as dusting accessible surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and cleaning floors. Services considered extra include cleaning inside the fridge, inside the oven, inside cabinets and drawers, exterior window cleaning, organization, laundry, and any special requests. These items require additional time and are quoted separately unless they are part of a Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning, where inside cabinets, drawers, fridge, and oven are included because the home is empty.

Yes. For the first cleaning, the client must be present at the beginning and available at the end for a final walkthrough. This allows us to align expectations, understand the client’s preferences (such as products and scents), and ensure satisfaction before we leave. After the final walkthrough and approval, we do not accept complaints regarding the completed service.

Home organization is not included in our cleaning services. We focus on cleaning, not organizing. If organization is needed in order to properly clean the space, it can be provided as an additional service and is charged separately by the hour.

We accept the following payment methods: Zelle, cash, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
