Recurring Cleaning is designed to maintain a home consistently from visit to visit. Deep Cleaning provides additional time and attention for accumulated dust, buildup, doors, baseboards, blinds, interior window glass, and other detail work that goes beyond routine maintenance. After a Deep Cleaning, some clients may choose recurring service to help maintain the home, but recurring service is not required.

Deep Cleaning vs. First Cleaning

First Cleaning is the initial visit for a new recurring cleaning client and is more detailed than routine maintenance. Deep Cleaning is intended for homes that need a higher level of detail because of accumulated dust, buildup, or areas that require more intensive attention.

How Deep House Cleaning Works

After we understand the condition of your home and the areas that need attention, we confirm the cleaning scope and estimate before scheduling the service. Deep Cleaning may require additional time compared with routine cleaning because more detailed work is involved. Before we finish, we review the cleaning to make sure the agreed scope has been completed.
